Try the Panasonic broadcast website and look under replacement parts. You can also go to any Panny-broadcast dealer and order one from them.

Or maybe someone will be willing to sell theirs - but not likely.

OK, Panasonic doesnt sell them seperately. Would anyone like to sell me theirs?

Replacement P2 Card protective case
 
You can buy a PCMCIA type II Card case that should do the trick. There are a couple here:
