Do I need HD Monitor for HVX?

Just got the HVX. Will be doing alot of run and gun and B-Roll. Do I need an HD monitor to get good color or will the LCD give me what I need? Obviously in better controlled situations the HD monitor would be ideal.

Thanks,

Michael

Thanks,

you can use the lcd, but you'll be constantly pressing the focus assist button. Also, you need to fine tune the in camera LCD with the Viewfinder or a professional HD monittor, because the color of the lcd is way of. You have to push both color and contrast.

Double posting

Michael,

Why are you posting the exact question twice? We've already discussed this in your first thread; if you didn't get all your questions answered please continue with the original thread, don't waste forum server space with duplicate threads.

Robert,

Sorry for confusion, but honestly, I didn't post this question a second time, just once. I don't know how a second thread developed.
