Good morning

I am a new member, we bought the camera for internal company use, as well as rental.

We did buy the dvd which has been very helpful..

1 item we are missing

Sleep control on the camera, how do you shut it off.

I'm sure like myself most of us are scratching our heads about "sleep control", of which the only kind I know of is creating a very dull production.

Ok, ok seriously - since this is a tapeless system the camera does not go into "standby" mode as most tape-based cameras do to prevent unnecessary wear on the tape heads. And, there is only one way to safely power-off the camera - the main switch on the right side.

If that's not what you're asking for then please give more details as to the functionality you're referring to - maybe it's the terminology used that's confusing.
