What is the best way to remove rolling shutter wobble in postproduction? (in Premiere or AE or Vegas)

NewBlueFx has a rolling shutter tool in their Video Essentials III package, there's a youtube video here: NewBlue Video Essentials III - YouTube

The rolling shutter demo is at about 1:28 in the video.

I have not used this, but the newblue effects I have used were satisfactory.
