Memory stick less prone to overheat?
 

Hi guys,

I´ve been reading in a bunch of places that memory sticks are less prone to overheat with the NEX cameras (I have a NEX7). Can anyone attest to this? A fast 32gb memory stick here in Brazil costs around us$100 or more. I have some very fast sd cards that haven´t helped at all (as also suggested in many threads).

Echooooo.......

I was checking out the prices for a 32gb 95mb/s and it´s around us$150. I´d like to hear from people who tested it before sinking money in a bunch of cards.

Unfortunately, your NEX 7 will overheat regardless of the card used when shooting video.

You´re right. Last week I´ve bought the best fastest SD card out there and it still gives me the overheat warning all the time. The difference is that so far it didn´t turn off by it self yet.
