which frezzi for my XL2

I've been reading through threads and checking B&H and I'm still confused as to what to purchase. I need a frezzi on camera light for the XL2. B&H has 7 pages of frezzi's and I'm stumped. I'm looking to spend around $500-600. I want to purchase everything I need at once, light, battery, camera mount, gels and softbox. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also, I want the light to be dimmable (I think most of the frezzi's are but I could be wrong). Thanks in advance.

Frezzi 100w dimmer mini-fill. The barndoors with diffuser are nice, but I'd rather have a Chimera softbox (we have both). We use a Bescor battery that's a real beast, but it works and has lasted years. We generally only use a 35w lamp in it. The HMIs look cool, but not having a dimmer would be a real problem, at least for the type of shooting we do.

Lighting and Power

Operating the Camera and light from one battery system makes a nice solution.
Look at this link for a nice setup on an older XL-1.

Once you have the battery bracket setup on the camera-- you can power lights, wireless receivers, hard disc recorders, LCD monitors. A PowerTap Multi connector gives you four outputs. With a Titan 70 power supply/charger you can charge your battery or power off of AC Power.-- This solution allows you to standardize on a battery system.
