Works well (as far as I can tell) with only a few cosmetic dings ad scrapes that don't seem to impact performance. This came with my camera when I purchased it from eBay and I ended up getting a separate Manfrotto kit.

Shipping is $15 US Priority Mail (although I could probably also arrange UPS or FedEx for an additional price - and free pickup in Chicago wouldn't be a problem)

I prefer PayPal (I've been a verfied user since 2003 if that helps), unless you come and pick it up (then PayPal or Cash works)
