Less expensive crane
 

I've got a Kessler KC 8 basic crane kit for sale. It's a great crane and you can read more information about it at http://www.kesslercrane.com. $400 including weights. I'm located in Pasadena. I'll pm you with my contact info if you're interested.

I can't seem to find out from the unit itself, but the record drive is a Pioneer 105, which lists the following speeds:

DVD-R = 4x
DVD-RW = 2x
CD-R = 16x

Is the AA battery pack like AA batteries that you can buy at the drug store? If this is the case you would need to put a battery on your camera correct? I currently have a JVC HM 700 and it comes in at 8lbs and uses AB batteries.
