Sony HVR Z5e With 35mm Adapter & Extras

6 Attachment(s)
A brilliant condition Sony HVR Z5e only 14 months old with long life battery, all cables, manual, and cds, with a great addition for any cinematographer - a 35mm lens adapter.

The camera has been very well looked after, and is a prized possession, and has low usage as it is still very young! The only reason I am selling it is that I am moving into photography work.

The lens adapter is a vibrating JAG35XL - With 72mm Achromat and both Nikon & Canon FD Lens attachments.

This is perfect marriage addition to the camera giving great depth of field, and the kit includes industry standard steel rods, a Dfocus Follow focus, and the Battery Extender for the JAG35 Adapter.

Please PM or email me if you are interested.

WTT E-P1 for...

I have an E-P1 (body only), with 2 batteries, lcd protection filter, leatherette body cover, in excellent condition. I´d consider trading it for one of the following:

- Pana 14-140mm (would trade the E-P1 + the E-P1´s collapsible zoom lens)
- Oly 14-150mm (would trade the E-P1 + the E-P1´s collapsible zoom lens)
- Pentax KX kit (would trade the E-P1 body)
- Nikon D5000 kit (would trade the E-P1 body)
- Canon T2i (depends)
- Sony NEX5/3 with either lens (depends)

The only issue here is geography...I live in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
Anyway, if anyone has any of these items and has any suggestions on how we may do this just pm me.

JVC FireStore DR-HD100 DTE

My JVC HD100 is my last tape camera but I love it too much to let it go. Since I want to be 100% tapeless (instead of 66% tapeless) I'd like to pick up a gently used DR-HD100 DTE Recorder. I will consider any drive size as long as the price is right.

I see that I can buy a refurbished 60GB directly from JVC for $699 and I'm about to pull the trigger, but I just thought I'd check and see if there was a larger/lower priced used alternative here.

Thanks!

Mark Aardsma July 8th, 2010 12:24 PM

I just want to let everyone know that I was able to return the camera to Jawad and he issued a $1855 refund. The $200 difference is to help cover customs fees he had to pay when receiving the camera back.

It was his mistake in not listing the full defect info about the camera, but he took responsibility for that and handled it in a decent way, so I want to clear his name here from any suspicion of fraud.

Thanks guys.

Mark

Sorry for the delay, I was away for an extended holiday!
The housing was purchased in 2008, new from B&H for about $1300 (here is the current B&H listing: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/490684-REG/Ewa_Marine_TV_171.html)
Since the 5-6 times I had it in the water it has been in it's protective bag in my office.

Neumann KMR-81i, 82i high-end shotgun microphones

I've got for sale two microphones, both Neumann: a KMR-81i and a KMR-82i. Both microphones work and sound beautifully, though they are well used. They have always been stored indoors in a soft case. The 82 has more signs of wear and looks a little beat up. The 81 looks great.

For those who don't know, these microphones are a few steps above a Sennheiser 416 and compete more with the Sanken CS3 and MKH-60. They are in that class, not likely to be found on an indie set, but in a big budget production studio. The sound quality is simply amazing. The 82 on a boom microphone is a work of art, producing audio in the field that sounds like it was recorded in a voiceover studio. Look at any review anywhere to see what these things are capable of.

Selling because I am specializing in cinematography and moving away from previous one-stop-shopness.

Here are B&H links for all info:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/146375-REG/Neumann_EA_82_EA82_Elastic_Suspension_Shock.html

81i + Rycote Softie: $1200 shipped
82i + Neumann EA82 shockmount: $1500 shipped

I'd be willing to entertain a package deal of 2500 shipped.

Steadicam Merlin with metal gimbal

Used but works great, includes the release plate and little screw as well as an assortment of weights. Don't have box or manual. Amazing little device, works wonders with a DSLR!

I'm interested in the 81i - would you ship to the UK?

My thoughts after using the new compact primes... Glad I didn't purchase them.
Way over priced for what they are.

85mm 1.8

Hi,

I'm looking for an 85mm f1.8 in good condition for my GF1 and I'm open to different brands/mounts. I'm pending a reply from an offer of a Nikon at 150us$ shipped and paypaled to California, so that's what I'm whiling to pay. If it comes with the adapter to micro 4/3 I'll pay a bit more.

My offer won't stand for long, since this has to get to California before the end of the month so my sister can bring it to me. So if pm me if you're interested.

cheers

Rafa

Canon 7D with Kit Lens + Backpack & Accessories

2 Attachment(s)
Greetings!

I'm selling my Canon 7D with the standard EF kit lens. I'm making the move to rental house-only productions, so I've decided to sell my personal camera. I purchased it from Best Buy back in October 2009, so there's roughly 4 months left on the factory warranty. The camera and lens are in perfect condition, short of a scuff on the back of the camera body that in no way affects the operation of the camera. I used it on roughly a dozen shoots, ranging from exotic car rallies in Miami to fashion shoots in San Francisco to short films and documentary work here in my hometown of DC. I have a few accessories I'm including with it that make it a breeze to work with.

Included is the following:

Canon 7D HDSLR with 28-135 f/3.5-5.6 Kit Lens and everything that came with it.
Canon Factory Lens Hood for this specific lens.
Tiffen UV Filter for the lens.
32GB Kingston 266x CF Card.
16GB Kingston 266x CF Card.
2 Canon Brand LP-E6 batteries.
2 Generic Brand LP-E6 batteries with charger (they work with the camera, but the battery meter on the 7D body does not display).
LCDVF Viewfinder with eyecushion, new mounting bracket, and carrying case (a must have for daylight work).
FD-to-EF Lens Adapter to use older Canon FD lenses with the Canon 7D body.
Giottos Air Blower Squeeze Thingie (it looks like a 1950s-era rocketship LOL).
Screw-In Light/Flash Offset Bracket
Canon Brand DSLR Backpack (it had a small tear in the front, but it wasn't for any of the pockets and I sewed it back up).

Price is $1,800 USD and includes shipping with insurance.

My asking price is far below what I paid for everything, so my price is firm and I will not be parting anything out. I will accept personal checks or USPS money orders. I will also accept Paypal if you don't mind paying an extra 3% to cover their fees. I will only sell to residents of the USA and Canada (sorry world!). I have perfect feedback on Ebay (167 transactions) and I can provide you with my name on there upon request.

I have taken great care of this equipment and it will provide you with great results. Please feel free to PM me or reply to this thread with any questions you may have.

Thanks for looking!

Richard Rock July 9th, 2010 06:01 AM

Just to note:

I will be out of town this Friday evening to Sunday morning attending a motorcycle rally in Ohio, but I will be checking e-mail and this thread periodically when I can.

Thanks!
