Final Cut Studio 3 Unopened

Cleaning out the studio the other day and discovered I have an unopened NFR of Final Cut Studio 3. NFR's cannot be upgraded (updated to most recent versions, but not upgraded) yet it doesn't matter since there will be no more upgrades to FCS.

I know there are those who will not jump to FCP X looking for additional licenses of FCS.

I'm open to cash offers or potential trade.

Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium CS3 Mac

Again, while cleaning out studio, I found a copy of Adobe Creative Suite CS3 Production Premium which I do not need since I have full versions of subsequent software.

I will provide letter to Adobe transferring serial numbers.

The usefulness of this CS 3 is the ability to upgrade to Production Premium CS5.5 for $949. Price of full license of CS 5.5 Production Premium is $1699.

Asking $300 shipped free CONUS. Ideal for someone buying a new license of CS5.5 This will save you $450

For Sale - EX1, mic, etc. - full kit

4 Attachment(s)
Hi, I'm selling my entire EX1 package. The camera has 329 hours currently. Here's quick a breakdown of what I have and why, the couple modifications I have made, with more details on the components below. You can record 4 1/2 hours with the S x S cards, at the highest quality setting, plus there are the two MxR SDHC adaptors if you wanted to go that route. I replaced the shoemount it comes with for a shotgun mic with a more flexible one. The shockmount system and shotgun mic work quite well. The shoulder brace helps a bit with handheld, and the tripod plate holder is supposedly sturdier, but the real plus with that modification is the two hot shoe mounts on the wings. The bag fits the camera and a few extra things nicely. You can pack everything on this list in there plus a few more things. The hoodman loupe is helpful in bright sun.

Everything works great and the the EX1 is an excellent camera. The value of all this stuff new is about $10,000. I did tons of research about buying all this stuff, and I'm happy with everything, so you'll save yourself that time if this is more or less the system you're looking for. Usually the camera comes with the 8 GB card and one BP-U30 battery, but I've listed those separately. Email with any questions. I'm asking $7500 for everything. The pics should give a better idea of the shockmount system and the extra hotshoes. And I'll throw in Doug Jensen's excellent DVD about the camera - Vortex Media Book/DVD: EX1 Field Guide & Training BLDEX1 B&H.

I'm in Austin, Texas. Buyer pays shipping if not in the Austin area. (If you're within a few hours drive we can meet up too) Email me with any questions!

Canon T2i and "kit" lens

I "succumbed" to the "siren call" of the T3i so my T2i is going up for sale.

Lightly used (under 500 "clicks" and maybe a couple hours of video) with the 18-55mm f/3.5 - 5.6 "kit" lens. Both body and lens are free of any marks and blemishes (I "baby" my gear).

Original box and all accessories that came with it, software, manuals, cables except for HDMI cable (which didn't come with these anyway), charger & Canon battery. Included as extras are a UV filter, GGS multilayer coated protective glass over the LCD, and...

...One SanDisk Extreme III 8GB Class (6) SDHC card !

Purchased new end of May 2010 for $849, selling price: $650 includes UPS ground anywhere in the lower 48. Add $20 for UPS 2nd day air.

PM me if interested.

Re: Canon T2i and "kit" lens - Adding another lens!

"Sweetening" the deal a bit:

I totally forgot about this, I have an "early" Canon EF 70-210mm f4 zoom to "toss in" with the T2i. This lens was made and marketed for the full frame "film" EOS cameras from 1987-1990. About 1987 or so I had a pair of EOS 650's with an EF 35-70 "normal" zoom, an EF 50mm f/1.8 (the old one, still have and use it), and for the occasional "long reach" need - that EF 70-210mm f4 (CONSTANT APERTURE) zoom telephoto.

The 35-70 went with one EOS 650 body I gave to a preacher whose AE1 broke down (when I had been using the original 300D for a few years), and the 70-210 stayed protected in a case most of the time. This lens has seen extremely light use, has no "bumps", mars, or marks of any kind. Glass is clear and clean. Only thing is early EOS autofocus on longer lenses was not as smooth as it is now, but autofocus works very well, and much of the time I chose to manual focus (I just adapted to the "geared" movement feel.

Here's a "quote" from a modern reviewer of this lens:

Today we find ourselves in a brand new “Digital” world. The “one touch” lens is all but a distant memory. Except for one thing, THE EARLIER EF SERIES “ONE TOUCH” LENSES WORK GREAT ON THE NEW DIGITAL SLR BODIES! I resurrected my "antique" Canon EF 70-210mm f/4 Macro from the closet, locked it on to the EOS 10D and quickly discovered that old familiar magic again. WOW, this lens has great optics! With a respectable constant aperture of 1:4 (just like the new EF 70-200mm f/4L) and with that slick action sliding zoom mechanism, I was back to creating the types of shots that I had loved so many years ago.
=======================

I have the EF-S 55-250 and the EF 70-200 f4L and don't need the above EF 70-210. So it gets "tossed in" with the T2i for sale at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
