I was thinking of selling my Sony MZ-N1 netMD unit. Only used 20-30 hours tops. Bought it maybe 2 years ago, was the top of the line Sony MD player, possibly the smallest they've ever made. Paid $350-400 for it. They sell used on Ebay for $150-$250. I'd probably sell it for something in between. Not sure if that is out of your price range or not. I know you can buy lower end models less than that new. Let me know if you are interested.

Lyndon Golanowski January 22nd, 2004 07:53 PM

Ok, $2600 USD!

Brian Huey January 22nd, 2004 08:02 PM

Chris, you may need to lower that price a bit. Those tapes are available from site sponsor EVS for $4.19 a tape ($105 for 25) + shipping. Pro-Tape has them for slightly less but they don't seem to be listed as a site sponsor anymore, not sure what the deal is there.

But to anyone interested, I'm using these tapes exclusively with my GL2 and they've been great.

Cheers,
Brian

Perhaps should you revise your price. You can have a new one new from EVS (this board's sponsor) for 2224$ USD. Plus, you get the 250$ mail-in rebate...

Brian,

Thanks for the heads up.

NEW PRICE -- $3.60/tape -- box of 25 = $90 + s/h

These are brand new, unopened!

Thanks for the info guys!!

Dylan, thanks so much for the offer, but that is out of my range, I'm looking for sub-$100 if I can find it. I really only want to buy a cheap one to use for a film class so I don't have to go through the hassle of trying to take one out at school, (as for the rental lady, think Seinfeld's "Soup Nazi" only more harsh, lol).

Paul, thanks for the suggestion, that looks like the type of thing I am looking for! I have been torn between Sony and Sharp as I have heard good and bad things about each. But really I just need somethig functional and cheap.

The original items i wanted to sell are still available. Didn't really make any effort pushing these items.

1. TRV900 3CCD NTSC.
1. Vitacon semi-fish eye .45x
2. Kenko 05 PRO 0.5X Wide Angle
3. Sony Condenser microphone ECM-HS1

Dropping price to US$1200 + shipping.

Any interest?

Frank Granovski January 23rd, 2004 08:30 AM

You may also want to try e-bay. The TRV900 is a darn good cam, well built, solid---heck, I can't believe no one snatched it from you yet.

Vancouver - an addicted city? haha. I had the impression nothing really happens down there. (kidding)
Vancouver is officially Canada's bank robbery capital, and the car theft capital of North America. Furthermore, British Columbia's 2nd largest industry is growing and exporting the funny stuff people smoke. The Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics should be interesting.

TRV 27 for sale

I'm dropping the price to $395 if anyone is interested.

Chris Marcia January 23rd, 2004 04:56 PM

Joel, Thanks, but I'm looking to keep the package together.

BTW, it's still for sale :-)

Steve Nunez January 23rd, 2004 09:05 PM

another slice of positive feedback for Jeff

Just wanted to say that I bought a Pelican case off of Jeff, and it was a fair price, good packing, and quick shipping.

Thanks Jeff !!

Dan Holly January 23rd, 2004 09:55 PM

I'll close this out for him

When I asked the seller about these items, he said they were already sold. FYI

Chris Harvey January 23rd, 2004 10:19 PM

Jeff,

Is your Sony ECM mic still available?

Chris

Jeff Neal January 23rd, 2004 10:57 PM

Yes it is Chris.
