Cost over £250 new less than three years ago.

I used it to provide support for a large telephoto lens on an EX3. It provides a wide range of balance adjustment, as well as offering the lens support (which takes the strain off the lens mount).

Various attachments can also be added as desired, eg external monitor, standard filter mounts/french flags. etc.
