Steve Nunez January 26th, 2007 04:42 PM

Chris- sorry it's been sold and shipped to Monte.

Paul Carlberg January 26th, 2007 04:52 PM

With all due respect, replies to an ad should reflect what is being sold instead of advertising a competetive item.

Chris Hurd January 26th, 2007 06:06 PM

You are absolutely right. I have therefore removed the offending "reply" from public view.

In the future, the best way to respond to such a thing is to simply use the "Report Bad Post" button (to the bottom left of every post) and let the moderators take care of it. Thanks in advance,

Like new. 2 weeks old. I've tested it once and it works. That's all the use it has had. It hasn't even been out of doors. In a way that seems better than brand new. $1000

BUMP- Final before EBAY

I uploaded pics to my site so that you can see the shape this deck is in and that it does power up etc. There are some very minor blemishes on the top of the deck due to a 13" monitor being on top of it and being moved from time to time.

http://pics.myhousenow.net/main.php click on the JVC Album

I hate to give commision money to Ebay, prefer to sell private.

Thanks,
Miguel

BUMP - Price Drop - Final before Ebay

Pics posted at http://pics.myhousenow.net/main.php click on the 3x Lens for pics. This lens is in perfect condition, only missing original box and leather bag, lens was kept in Pelican Case 1620 with camera and honestly, very rarely used.

Reduced! Now Only $ 700.00

Jim Karrels January 27th, 2007 05:06 PM

Yes, Includes backpack straps

Thanks Mike.

Yes, it includes:
* Backpack straps
* Suede leather carry handle
* AND optional HB-40 heavy duty suede leather shoulder strap (I think it's worth ~$45 or more)... suede leather is in excellent condition.

Not sure what straps you refer to in the B&H photo, but there is a velcro strap in the center (between the suede leather carry handles) that looks like it is used to strap on a tripod. I took some photos and am happy to email if interested.

FS: Canon XL2 Kit with Accessories

It grieves me to do this but after much consideration, the XL2 must go! This is an 18 month old XL2 kit with 20x lens purchased from Norman Camera as new and includes all original packaging and box with owner’s manuals, cables, lens hoods etc.

Camera doesn’t have a ton of use, in fact only 3 major events of which each was about 8 tapes so figure about 40 hours when you include personal, family videos shot on this cam. No additional head wear, I used a JVC deck for ingesting into my editing system so only use is real use.

Everything is original and on a scale of 1 to 10 this will be a 9.5, face it nothing used is a perfect 10. I will include 2 Power2000 BP945 cells, each is about 9 months old and have excellent capacity. Sale will also include a Pelican 1620 case, this is the big case with wheels and foam that has been cut to this camera and some accessories.

Price includes shipping in the continental US. Please help to give this cam a happy home.

Pics available at http://pics.myhousenow.net/main.php and click on the Canon XL2 album.

Asking $ 3000.00

Miguel

Byron Huskey January 28th, 2007 02:45 AM

I have one of these, and I can attest both to their quality, and add that Canon's XH-A1s fit well in it also, as longas you strap it in properly with the included velcro strap inside. Very nice case.

FS: HDR-FX1 w/4 Year warranty+century .3x ultra fisheye+extras-NYC area:::

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I originally purchased all this equipment brand new from b&h photo on 8-24-06 for an HD production.
The sponsors dropped the production 4 months into it, and I no longer need it, because I'm currently working on an all Dv production.

Retail prices:

:: hdr-fx1--retails$3200

:: mack 4-year extended warranty, covers all repairs for free.( transferrable to new owner-- http://www.mackcam.com/faq/faq14.html )--retails $170

:: century .3x ultra fisheye lens--retails $850

:: NP-f970 battery--retails $80

I also will include an np-f570 battery, all the original accesories with the manuals, as well as an HDV instructional DVD, "The complete giude to the HVR-Z1U and HDR-fx1"

*Comes in original boxes*

**I'M WILLING TO SELL ITEMS SEPARATELY**

The whole setup retails over $4300, and would come out to about $4700 with tax and all. I'm asking $4100 for a setup that hasnt been used more than 4 months, and is covered under a warranty until sometime in 2010, and I would say the cam ran about 15 tdk mini dv 60 minte tapes through its system.
The century fisheye has a small nick in the lens, not a real scratch, my friends said they never noticed it, but I noticed it only on night footage when pointed into a bright light.

Paypal or pick-up.
I live in queens nyc.

You can pick both those up for cheaper than the Marshall and you have TRUE HD monitoring plus an HDD recorder, P2 Store (with P2 Genie), etc. There are some pretty crafty stands and mounts for laptops now and with current TRUE HD monitors at $3k and up...this new solution seems like a no brainer, I am stunned more people dont go this route.

This computer doesn't have the specs for HD recording OR monitoring. It will be choppy and mostly useless. I have a laptop with basically the same specs of this one and HD recording/monitoring is out of the question.

I've also got a Rycote Softie that will fit a Senn 416 for $70.

PSC portable phantom power box. This is a killer little unit as it will give you 48V and 12V T power, and high pass and pads. Works off a single 9V. $180

Tripod!!

I would like the tripod, but I am waiting for a check to come in.... approx 10-14 days. If you can hold it, consider it sold. I understand if you can't, but I really want it!

Do you have the case or strap for it?

Thanks
Bryon <><

Alan Ortiz January 28th, 2007 08:42 PM

Matthew,

I'm interested in the Sennheiser MKH-416t. Is that $600 shipped? Thanks.

Alan

Matthew Wilson January 28th, 2007 09:33 PM

Hi Bryon,
Someone else has already asked to purchase the tripod and I'm waiting for them to get back to me to finish the deal. If they don't I'll let you know; however, I have to leave town in about 10 days and so I sort of need to sell it and ship it before then. BTW, I watched your "Salt" program - Great job! Are you guys airing that?

Alan, yes the price includes ground shipping.

Bryon Akerman January 28th, 2007 09:45 PM

I understand. I'll try and pull some funds together before then, because that is one great deal. I'll know something for sure tomorrow.

As far as the Salt company goes.... The entire series lasts six weeks and there is one devotion for every day of the week, save Sunday. It is meant to be a tool for shurches to help new converts understand the basis of our faith.

The first week is just merely an introduction, with each day highlighting key points of what the series is a bout. The Second Week deals with the Bible and how accurate it is and how we can be sure that it we can truly trust what it says. The third Week is on God and answerts questions like, "If god is good, then why do bad things happen...and if there are so many "gods", then how we do know ours is the right one to worship. The fourth week is on sin and salvation and answers questions like, If I'm basically a good person, then why do I need to be saved? The fifth week is on Jesus and answers questions like, "Is Jesus really man, Really God?" And "Why did Jesus have to Die?" The ALst week deals with the church and tithing and why we need to be a part of a local church.

I'm kind of taking it step by step. I've really been blessed to where I could afford to buy the equipment to shoot it. Plus, God really surrounded me with some great people to help pull it off. And Yes, that is the Future Mrs. Akerman.

We shot it in my parents garage. I did the whole set for about $500.00 thanks to Home Depot and my parents letting me borrow a couple of TV's! We shot it using a full XL1-s setup with the manual lens and viewfinder and a teleprompter, a xl1 with a wide angle and a small Sony.

I'm editing it all right now. Once it gets done, I'm going to try to market it to churches or find distribution.

It's been by far my biggest undertaking. I'm really excited about it, though!

I'm actually selling my 2 Canon's to make room for a HVX200, thats what i'm wanting the tripod for. I'll let you know if I can make the funds appear sooner.

By the way, here is some more of my work!

http://www.dvsolutions.tv/~akerman

Take Care!!

Bryon <><

Matthew Wilson January 28th, 2007 10:26 PM

Sounds Good Bryon
That series sounds like an excellent idea and that it could be a real blessing for many people. Glad to see fine talent being used for the kingdom.

FS: 16x9 HDV7X1 0.7 Wide Angle Converter Lens

----
16x9 HDV7X1 0.7 Wide Angle Converter Lens for Sony HDRFX1, HVRZ1U, Panasonic DVX100B, Canon XL2 and H1 cameras...
I bought this from B&H several months ago and it is in Perfect condition; I have just started using the Wide Angle Canon Lens (the older 3x) and have no more need of this adapter.
I like wide shots - though in all honesty, this 16x9 looses it's sharpness towards the outer edges of the picture - you see this with HD. Nevertheless, I found it very useful.
It sells for 600$
I would ask 350$ for it
Here's a link to the 0.75 (which is the closest picture)The 0.75 sells for 800$
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/cont....x=0&image.y=0

Key Features • High Quality Lens The HDV7X1 has been constructed with no sacrifice to quality, crafstmanship is meticulous in every detail. This top quality optical product employs three multi-coated optical glass elements to yield clean, high definition pictures. • Front Filter & Mattebox Compatible The Converter's 95mm front thread allows users to directly thread mount glass filters and other accessories.
