Cannon GL2 & Panasonic DVX100 For Sale
 
For sale Used Cannon GL2 camcorder. In good shape except for a bad fire wire connection. Zapped the fire wire connecting it to a computer. Includes all original accessories and two large batteries. $1,200. Around 230 hours on cam.

For sale Panasonic DVX100 in good shape, has been babied. Cam has 215 hours on it and has never been used as a deck. Includes three batteries and a Zoe DVX controller. $2,200

Both cams were used t record weddings and would still be used except I have moved to HDV.

Is the filter stuck on the front of the camera lens threads?

sorry, havent checked my email @ work yet. yes it is stuck on the threads, i tried with my hands and couldnt get it to unscrew. So when i took it to Canon to get serviced last i they took the whole mount off for me, and replaced it, giving me the filter still screwed in. If you are careful enough you prob can get it off with a little know how, and skill.

I guess I still don't understand.

You said that Canon replaced the mount for you, yet you say that the filter is still stuck on the front of the lens.

So is the filter stuck on the actual lens that is on the camera, or is it stuck on another mount that is not currently on the camera?

Its stuck on a mount that is currently not on the camera, its a little plastic thing that mounts on the lens. When i get off of work i will take more detailed pictures of what im talking about. Sorry i am not to sure on the termenology.
