FS: DVTec EngRig Support

Selling my EngRig Support -- it is in like-new condition. This includes the part that attaches to your rods, the spring-loaded support rod and the belt with a pouch for the support rod.

See it here: http://www.dvtec.tv/id2.html (the rods/plate are not included)

I originally bought it use with my M2-equipped DVX long before Danny came out with the MultiRig. It works well if you have a shoulder mount or if your rods are long enough to rest on your shoulder (which is what I did).

Retails for $300. Asking $200 shipped (to US) OBO. PayPal preferred.

Thanks,

Fox

XL1/XL2 Centruy Wide angle and Fisheye

I have two adapters that allow for about half of the zoom range. They are both nice and small and bayonet mount. I used both on my XL2 with great results. There is the centruy .6x wide angle and the century 0.3x fisheye.

I would like $400 US for the pair, including shipping within CONUSA or Canada, which is cheaper than the cost of the cheaper of the two lenses by themselves. If you wouldlike just one lens, send me an offer, but I would prefer to package them.

Needed: Canon XL2 Box, Just the box

Long story but I sold an XL2 package on ebay. Seller asked me to cover quicker shipping which I agreed to do at my cost but I couldn't include the box as it would have incresed shipping too much. Th box is now gone and he is complaining, and quite often. I need to find somebody who has an XL2 box who would sell it ot me and ship it directly to the fellow who purchased my XL2 (who lives in the US). I can pay for the box and shipping costs via paypal.

I hope somebody can help.

Thanks

Patrick

You should always keep your camera boxes. I still have all my Nikon camera boxes even from stuff I bought back in the mid 80's. It is nice to sell or buy a camera with the box and manuals. They say they are worth more. Good luck

GI: XL2, LetusXL, Firestore Pro 80, Nebtek LCD, etc

I'm considering selling off my entire rig and investing into HD, so I thought I would put up the specifics just in case someone is looking for this kind of package.

-Canon XL2 (the later version) Body w/ ~50-60 hours on tape heads
-LetusXL v1 35mm adapter
-a few 35mm lenses - specifically I can't remember at the moment
-Firestore FS-4 Pro 80GB w/ 'field kit' = extra battery, hot shoe attachment
-Nebtek 7" LCD powered by XL batteries
-XL dual battery charger, mounts to camera to power it with two batteries at once, or charge two at once
-4 big batteries BP-945
-One short and one long XLR cable
-Audio Technica 3H cheap mic for ambient
-Samson (Q1?) not as cheap mic for vocal
-original stereo shotgun mic
-Canon hard case
-Rain cover
-JVC GR-D90U half-broken camcorder to use as a tape deck (does 30p!)
-PCI firewire card
-probably some other misc. stuff

Price ballpark $4k, or trade into an HD100/HD110 package

Let me know if you're interested. It took me a couple months to get this all together so I will only consider parting out the Firestore and/or the LCD.

FS: Brand New Canon XL2!!

Hey everyone. Selling my like new Canon XL2, switching back over to the DVX!

I received the camera brand new in July, and have been using it off and on since. The camera body and lens are in great shape, and the camera probably has a total of 30 or so hours on the heads. The viewfinder still works perfectly, and the opening clip has no problems.

Overall, this camera boasts some great features the DVX cannot. Its native 16:9 and interchangable lenses make it worth it on its own, especially for long lens applications such as wildlife filmmaking, and sports events.

On the other hand, its true 24p makes it a great camera for indie-filmmaking, tv, etc + its use of 2 balanced XLR inputs.

The camera sells new for $3,400.00...

I'm selling mine for $2,700.00 with complete camera, and all included accessories.

I am a verified paypal member, so feel free to use that application.
