For the H120 has not been officially released which means there may be bugs...but no question, if you record Rockbox offers huge improovements and you should get it....

Hmm...if all you need is to adjust the levels of 2 mics individually, resp. each channel separately, your iRiver iHP120 can do it, that is if you run it with Rockbox - which I highly recommend ayway....
