The FS100 can be used with other lenses like the Canon FD lenses. With an adapter.
Also other lenses can be used.
I use them all the time.
The C100 can only take Canon lenses. No bad but expensive.

Is it possible to post some framegrabs or post a small MTS file. Perhaps then we can help.
I've also shot with this profile. But for me it was not needed to go back to the 'real' colours.

Well I went for the FS100, not for the XF300. Low light and the FS100 wins. The noise you from the XF300 is digital. The noise (+18db) is more like film (grain).
And the FS100 takes my old Canon FD...

Can somebody post a comparison review about the image quality between Canon FD lenses and Sony Alpha lenses on the NEX FS100.
It's just about the image quality. I have some very good (old ;-) )...

It doesn't happen all the time. Sometime I can do 2 or 3 tapes without the problem. But than it back. Most of the time, but not always, at the end oth the tape. The last 5 minutes. But the tape I use...

Part of the frame is from the recording before I press the red button, the other part is the new recording. I didn't replace the tape. It's on the same tape that was a blank one from the beginning.

It doesn't happen all the time....

After reading all of this, I'll think Igo for the Canon XL H1A. I'm used to the XL1, the body is great and the XL H1A has the 'same' body. And tape gives the same...
