If you're using it bare, you can try a scrim which will intercept the critters before they hit your COB...but that will cut your output. There are also honeycomb grids that work with bowens-mount...

Thank you, Pete. It's likely I won't ever use the strobe function. I can imagine it could be useful for music videos...and that's about it. Not sure why CAME-TV spent good time and money on the light...
