i'm looking at putting out commercial dvds for public.Have a xl2 and recording to a data dn 60 machine onto a memory card ( standard def).I guess price range would be as high as $1200-1500.00...

camera help please.
Hi looked and did research on 1080 i 1080 p and 720 p. The article said can't broadcast in 1080 p . I'm not into broadcasting, but, does that effect dvds i'd like to put out to publicif i did shoot...

thanks reason for transfer is because the xl2 went back to canon 3xs and the camera was never dropped and has bad banding was so posed to be fixed and when camera came back the heads were so posed to...

transfer dv to computer

xl-2 and dn-60 card recommendations
Looking to get rid of tapes for xl-2 was wondering what would be the best if not a good card to use with the dn-60? will be using with xl-2 and adobe premiere pro 1.5 to edit thanks in advance

Now What?
Took xl-2 to canon changed drum head and cleaned.Had some banding on playback only and was random, They said may have had a build up on heads even after cleaning them, used 3hrs. at most. Suggested...

xl-2 banding on playback
Was reading through forum and was wondering if anyone else other then a few on the forum have a problem with the xl2 banding. I playback the tape in the rewinder then hook p xl2 to vcr to view on tv....
