A new shoulder-mount or studio 4K/HD cam that uses B4 lenses. The sensor is 1" sized, but uses 2/3" for the B4 lenses.

The Panasonic 12-35 f2.8 appears to be an expensive lens, at least to the ones I listed. Is there a cheaper alternative? After buying the camera, I need a budget lens, for now.

As an FS5 owner, this camera intrigues me, more so than the C200. Why? Because of the timecode in/out and strong internal codec.
Much of my work is in broadcast, at times with multiple camera...

You kind of answered your own question: the current demand for HD422. It's not us shooters who are picking the format, it's our broadcast clients. I would love for them to take XAVC-L, and in time...

Why do some of you say it's not an XDCAM camera? It's marketed by Sony as an XDCAM, it even says it on the side of the camera. Best of all, it has HD422, 50mbps. That's a broadcast codec, one I wish...
