Can I use MRC1 to copy from recorded tape

I have a tape of content that I need to get onto a CF card. Can I somehow play the tape in my Sony FX1 and record it with our MRC1?

The scene will have 3 people who will all be in very close proximity to each other. I can get the boom down to about 2 feet above them for a lot of the shoot.

I shoot with an FX1 and I use 3 cool-lux broad lights with softboxes and 1,000 watt bulbs...
