This isn't a prosumer camera to which you're adding non-OEM bits out front... this is designed to be bumped around, jostled, banged into things (well, to some degree)......

I've got a mix of both... I find the Avenger to be heavier, but also more rugged. (Not that it's necessary.) If you need to fly a piano, get the Avenger.
