I mainly use Pro Tools & Soundtrack Pro. I'm sure they could be used for ADR, else I know there are a coupe of really great plugins for Pro Tools that are design for ADR work...

I've used Soundtrack Pro for NR in the past, but have never been overly happy with the results...

It's not actually a HDV workflow if you use the AJ-HD1400 VTR - you'll be recording to a DVCPROHD tape. Apart from that - it looks very interesting!
