F335 is $12,999.95 at B&H. Seems about the same price an EX3 would be (although EX3 might end up being around $11,000 "street").

BTW it was months back on a thread or two I said that Sony's next...

Really nice camera moves and good grading! You mention Wally Dolly in the Backyard clip. Did you use that for the moves in Watagans too?

I guess the "compatible" part depends on client base and such things. I've gotten my fair share of "why does your DVD skip on my player" for me to be entirely comfortable with that . . . even though...

Do keep in mind that Fast and Compatible is not the same as Convenient.

I've done SD DVD from EX1 for clients if they want Convenient. That's exactly why I needed to move to an 8 Core. You'll find...

I was using G5 as my main computer up until recently when I got 8 Core Intel Mac.

The question is what does your client have.

The drawback of using PPC is that the only way to split a 16GB BPAV...

Do you mean an edited master or the raw video?

Raw video is actually fairly fast/easy if the client has almost any reasonably new computer.

Drop the BPAV folder onto a portable hard drive or...

Time to get a Mac and Final Cut Pro. It's been rock solid with EX1 on OS 10.4.11 and G5 Mac and it's rock solid on OS 10.5.2 on Intel Mac.

Since the MacBook Pro is an Intel Mac you should use the Clip Browser which does not require FCP at all.
