I'm sure you'll get advice from people more...
I'm sure you'll get advice from people more experienced than me, but I'd recommend shooting at 50i (interlaced).
That way you've got interlaced video, ready for tv, and it's more easily converted...

For the time you've spent on this, it would probably be easier just to become a Vimeo Plus member... Then you'd have 5Gb/week upload space, and only limited to a 1 Gb limit on a single file. Totally...

The VASST series is good, but know one thing going in... It's version 6.0 that they're using as a demo, so there's a LOT of stuff that they show that's either in a different place, or nonexistent on...
