After more control test footage it seems as if the "line" interference once again is showing up primarily while the camera is in full auto mode and against a black background with poor lighting.

Is there a way to create tracers (streaks of light following movement) in Final Cut Studio 5.1 or if not does anybody know of a plug-in I can purchase?
