I recently shot about 7 hours of footage for my Senior Thesis Film on an XL2. Somehow I knocked the switch from 24p to 30p for about six minutes worth of footage. What is the best way to manipulate...

That's the strange thing, Nate. I recorded it all continuously, so there are no timecode breaks. But for some reaosn, when I try to "Capture Now," FCP seemingly ignored the timecode and just stops...

when you say the XL1s does both modes, was it all automatic, or did you have to choose the frame rate? I don't recall ever changing from one to the other with the XL1s.

hmm....
No good. Every time he shut off the camera on his hi8, he left huge gaps on the tape. I thought that by transferring it to mini dv, even the gaps would be filled with timecode. While the timecode...

How to create Mosaic/Blur
I am shooting a video where I need to put mosaic over people's faces (like they do on Cops). Anyone know what software would do this? I edit using Final Cut HD. Thanks for any help!!
