Renton, just add a Velocity envelope and drag it upwards on the timeline. It will now go to 1000%. This was changed in Vegas Pro 14. Since you are on 16, you can go to 1000% with the velocity...

The velocity envelope can go much higher now - the max is now 1000%. Combined with the 4x playback rate you can get up to 4000% now.

It prevents you from needing to open Vegas a second time. It just switches to the other project in that same Vegas instance.

Short answer is yes. Just put it on an HD timeline and stretch it to fit. However, no matter what you use, it won't be "HD" video - it will be stretched SD video.

Ian, as far as I know, the current version of Excalibur works fine on Vegas Pro 14, 15, and 16.

I have not heard of any issues with Auto Save and not sure why there would be any issues with using...

As was indicated, the question is a little vague. In Premiere terms, you cannot have multiple "sequences" in one project. One project will simply be a single timeline. If you need multiple timelines...
