I second this. Allow your camera to adjust...
I second this. Allow your camera to adjust exposure with it's shutter speed only. That will keep things nice and clean. Once you've set your focus, turn the lens to manual so it won't start looking.

Why no 1DM4 users??
...or so few. Is it the price? As a stills photographer looking at video as well it was a great choice. I would have imagined more people getting into the 1DM4 and more support on this forum for it....
