after you transcode your files go to open cinema...

after you transcode your files go to open cinema tools and batch conform the 60fps files to 24p, then import those into fcp and they'll playback at 24 fps which would be slow motion

check your sequence setting too, they might not be what you are trying to export...

otherwise, not sure how to help you, that's a tough one without knowing how dark or how much lights there'll be
