Is there a limit to the hard drive size or the number of partitions? I think I recall seeing an error message in the manual saying "too many partitions". This possibly eludes to only so many "dumps"...

I guess the more important question is about how many "offloads" of P2 did you do on the IPOD. Since it is a 60GB Ipod the max it could hold would be 15 or so. If it can have 15 offloads...
