Google for it, give it a try - you have nothing to loose. It's a very small program, only a couple hundred KB, you don't need to install it, runs from a folder on your PC.

You need a camcorder that has a longer shutter speed, e.g. can keep the shutter open for a longer time. Lightening is much shorter than 1/60th of a second, that's why you can't capture it all.
