Frank, I just logged in with no problems. They did make a change recently where you now use your email address rather than your username to log in, but other than that, all seems to work OK.

I'll ask the obvious, did you connect the video out (RCA) on the camera to the video in (RCA) on the MA200? They do not provide a cable for that with the MA200, you have to provide your own.
