XHA1 PAL can shoot 50i with 1/60 shutterspeed. Strange but true.
My trusty VX2100 did the same thing. Because of that i always thought NTSC did 1/50th also.
1/30 isn't possible, but 1/90 and 120...

I used the widescreen template to make 16:9 out of 4:3 recordings in combination with the pan/crop window 16:9 template.

Yes, i bought that kit. It isn't for sale anymore, replaced with 503hdv. I like it, for the price a good setup. A little in the heavy side, wich is good or bad when you have to walk.

B&H had a really good price on the 351/503 with mid spreader/padded bag a while back. Don't know if they still have it, but it was a really low price.
