Abis, I forgot exactly how I did it, but I know for sure that there is no complexity - it is a few seconds job to replace one with the other. You cannot get it wrong :)

The EX footage is always shot at 50i. Is the footage of the 5D 2 interlaced or progressive (the 1920x1080 25fps)?

I can reply this question myself. I did buy the Zacuto wire and it fits nicely in the battery grip.

Using the Hawk-Woods hot-bloc adaptor, I can now power the 5D for hours using the Switronix...
