But I do have my project file backed up on the computer hardrive plus all my tapes with the media...

I thought it was just a case of shooting HDV, edit, then just put on a DVD. Which is the downconverting. Not as messy as that.

I am using Avid Pro and have sped up two different clips by 5000% (Sunrise).
Anyway when I put them together in the timeline they are fine, BUT when I put a transition between them, there’s a frame...
