Nice Job.

Dave what NLE did you use?

Dave Frank April 30th, 2004 08:03 PM

Edited in Final Cut Pro 4 on a dual 1.42ghz G4.

Dana Scott April 30th, 2004 08:33 PM

Hi Dave I'm new at editing also using FCP 4 What speed did you use for the fast motion and did you use cross dissolve for that effect.

Thanks

wow this movie looks amazing. I want a copy when it is done, I will pay a fare amount for it. iIlove independant films hollywood=crap, I films alteast have a story still :)

even an idea of when a release will be made?

Dave Frank May 9th, 2004 10:31 PM

Dana - The speed were about 2000%. Motion blur was used to give it that look.

Paul - Thanks a lot. Release date will be around Christmas. We are finishing up pre-production now. Shooting begins in June. Just email info@yvyears.com and you can be added to a list for those interested in getting copies of the DVD.

I like the teaser. Great use of colors and lap dissolves. Good luck to you and your crew on making the film!

When you get a chance, check out my short, Hunter's Quandary,
