New improved version up now!

The first version was a 200MB upload in H264 format, and YouTube encoded that down to a 15MB MP4 Sid Vicious auditions for X-Factor

15MB for 4 minutes! It was looking a bit rough.

So I selected Adobe Media Encoder from the export option in Premiere, set it at about 700Mbits/seconds, and got a .flv file of 32MB, and uploaded that: Sid Vicious auditions for X-Factor! (HQ) (YouTube leaves any .flv encodings alone) This is noticeably better quality. But it may stutter on decrepit machines.
