Some A7sII footage shot like a year ago by me in the field...it kills the A7II...the giant pixels are specialized for low light. Maybe pop an SELP18200 PZ on the little guy.

If we are speaking about comparable sensor technologies, that should be the case (α6000 vs α7).
A full frame sensor is approximately double the area of an APS/Super35 sensor, so if the α6000 and the α7 ii have similar resolution, the α7 ii should give you another stop of room.

A problem with the α7 is the cost of full frame lenses in e mount, and the small capacity of batteries. Because mirrorless cameras have their screen active all the time, their batteries don't last much - you will probably need extra batteries, maybe a booster grip with two batteries, which helps also balance front-heavy lenses.

Of course, the α7S is the champion of low light due to its low resolution.

Hope this helps,
N.F.

Note that the 18-200 lens is not full frame, so you would lose half the resolution.
You would have to use a 24-70 or a 70-200 full frame lens for good results.

thanks for your input... looks like time to start looking for A7S or A7SII
