Ideas wanted for a polarizer "rig"
 

I've been getting lots of milage recently using a B+W low-transmission (0.5 stop) circular polarizer on my PXW-X70. Problem is that it's very tricky to adjust when the lens hood is on.

Does anyone know of any rig (even if home-made) that would allow some sort of lever/knob to spin the CP with the lens hood attached? I'm not very mechanically inclined and defnitely don't want to trash the lens hood.
