FX7 zoom controllers...
 

Looking for one that can do all of this.

Variable zoom (preferably like the VZ-Rock which is based on how hard you presS)
Rec
Standby/On
Auto/Manual Focus switch

That's all I really need...

I got a VZ-Rock which can do Rec and Variable zoom... but not on/standby and auto/manual focus switch (Or push to focus)

I basically shoot in auto 90% of the time, but occasionally need to switch to manual just to keep the focus locked at what it's at... but I need to be able to do this quickly, right now I just have my other hand right next to the camera by the manual focus button and just tap that when I get the chance...

I use the Bogen/Manfrotto 521 Pro, it has the features you mentioned.
