This is a fun display in Sony's booth at NAB. Do not try this with your own camera! ;-)

I took mine apart and it had a slightly different board set and sensors...just kidding. Thanks for the pics.

What was the purpose of this on Sony's part.
It doesn't matter what's in the camera, but what comes out of the camera that matters.

Looks like they took a ginsu knife to it.

It's like doing an autopsy on a runway model.

My God... That's camera's full of TECHNOLOGY... I must get one.

Okay, in all seriousness, that was probably just a prototype/demo model and they just took it apart to make a curiosity display. If I was there, I know I would have taken a long look.

Wow. I find those pictures oddly disturbing...

Reminds me of the part where Terminator has already been ruined down seriously, yet persistently continued walking with blinking lights from the head.
