One thing that bugs me is the rolling shutter problem you never mentioned that

Did you notice the problem with photographers flashes or better still slow down footage where there are lots of flashes going off say at church or reception entry slow it down to about 60. you get a very pixelated picture when flashs are going off

rob.

Rob I was never really concerned about flashes in real speed. slo-mo will be a different issue. Are you shooting with the Z7? I will post a short clip for you to see, along with some flashes hopefully this week. But flashes in slo-mo are not going to look good at all.

Yeah, it sucks, but that's the way it goes. I don't worry about it and no one has every said anything....besides, for someone to pick up 1/30th of a second would be quite impressive.

Hey Marshall great to hear. I agree, the image I am getting is fantastic. Are your other Z7s ok then? I thought you told us they were all screwed up.

Bruce

Two had the left-side blurriness, one was sent in. The other, with two more, are on a month-long timelapse and since they've been set up, I can't remove them. And, once that project is done, the cameras will get cleaned and either be donated or put on Ebay. Then I will buy more.
