HRV 270 external monitor
 
Is there a way to get the information displayed on the view finder to display on an external monitor. I was able to get the menu to show up on the monitor but cannot seem to get the info displayed on the viewfinder (exposure, marker, and other info) to show on the external monitor. The monitor is a Varizoom composite monitor. When I switch off the menu for just an instant the info on the view finder shows

I'm not sure but does the "CAM DATA DSP" in the "DISPLAY SET" menu have to be set to "ON"?

I tried that and what happened was that the menu shows up when you go to the menu settings but the info that is on the view finder does not display. I will go back and try it again.
