Portabrace Hidden Secrets

Portabrace CS DV3 for VX2000 arrived today. There were no instructions and probably should not need any, but with all the velcro flaps, fold away dividers in pouch (finally found those) it seems there could be some tricks to getting most out of bag's features. Researched all the info on Portabrace website so know about the "cradle" etc. Any other hidden features you have discovered?? BTW ordered it from Jack Fettman at B&H along with monopod, quick release head, Rycote Mini Windjammer and all arrived on time with no hassles. That "lighting" catalog he sent is really something --like an old Sears and Roebuck catalog!

Good for you, Dennis. I think you'll really like this case. I've had mine for about 2 years and appreciate it even more with every use, especially traveling with it.

Yes, that B&H lighting catalog is just like the old Sears catalog! It's been a good reference for me.

I have the same case. It's amazing how much stuff it holds. It's great for travel because it doesn't look like a camera bag, more like a yuppie carry on.
