Firmware Version 1.2 Released
 

Sony have just released firmware version 1.2 for the F5, F55 and R5.

This firmware adds Anamorphic De-Squeeze, the HDCAM SR SStP codec, WiFi remote control and Camera and Reel ID's. There are also a number of other small tweaks and improvements.

Please note that it is vital that the R5 is updated before the camera and the R5 must be updated to version 1.2 first, then version 1.21.
