Exposure setting for undercranked sunset?
 
I do not have any experience shooting undercranked. For a sunset set shot about 30 minutes long what is the optimal way to handle exposure adjustments?

Any tips for calculating the best settings for a 30 minute clip to come out to 10-15 seconds.

I should be receiving The Mastering the EX1 dvd today. Is this covered thoroughly?
