The cine gamma are not affected by this.

Absolutely - this has been discussed in detail here:

The consensus between Adam and myself has been that Cine gammas are much safer to use in those circumstances. Therefore, all my "outdoors" PP's (apart from those for very low light) are based on Cine, while those PP's for indoors - on STD gammas.
