Avid Media Composer - MXF for NLE or XDCam?

In Clip Browser 2.0 you can export MXF files for NLE or XDCam. I've checked workflows and see that MXF is how to do it with Avid but with v2.0 there are two options. I know it may be obvious but I don't want to assume. Which option do I want for export to Avid Media Composer 2.8.3?

And if I am sending files to an editor all I need is the MXF files and not the MP4s, correct?

Thanks!

I'd send the editor the mp4's and a copy of clip browser, that way the editor can rewrap to whatever he wants.

Paul.

It's hard enough sometimes convincing producers (who haven't done it before) to initially believe in tapeless shooting. I want to make this process as painless as possible for the editor(s).

Avid will read the MXF's and import them into avid's proprietary mxf format. I wouldn't bother with the Sony Clip Browser software.
