Sony announced today a new Rebate Promotion on the 32GB SxS card and the PHU60K HDD

Purchase the SBP32 32GB SxS card from an authorized dealer and receive a $500.00 rebate
Purchase the PHU60K 60GB HDD for the EX camera's and receive a $100.00 rebate.

This promotion is valid from 02/01/09 through 03/31/09

of course 8 weeks after i spend 7 grand on them.

From my experience, the rebates never seem to be offered outside the USA. I guess that's because it's a Sony USA deal.

If you have a friend over there, buy the product using their address and claim the rebate back the same way. Worked OK for me, but you can forget the warrantee unless you're willing to ship it back there for service.
